In 2024, Changneng Technology's 70000 ton high-performance polymer material production workshop was officially put into operation. The workshop is equipped with advanced automation equipment and has completed the upgrade of the safety and environmental protection system, achieving reliable operation with low energy consumption and low emissions. In terms of product innovation, Puritech™ ultra clean process and series products have been certified by multiple host manufacturers, Mileage Shield^® Through dimensional verification by battery and host factories, structural adhesives have been successfully applied in fields such as solid-state batteries. Cryogenic insulation solutions have been put into projects such as large gas transport ships, new energy vehicle pouring ships, and marine CO2 storage tanks. Externally, Changneng Technology has formed six core product lines including polyurethane adhesives, melamine resins, composite materials, modified MDI, new energy solutions, and cryogenic insulation solutions. It has also passed the IATF 16949 certification issued by TUV Rheinland in Germany and was awarded the first batch of star rated cloud enterprises by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

Entering a new year, Changneng Technology has completed the upgrade of its entire product and label system. The new labeling system covers 6 major product lines.

Adopting a modular layout, displaying key information such as product grades and component types in different zones to achieve rapid identification.

Establish a dual color labeling rule: Component A is labeled in blue, Component B is labeled in red, and non component products are labeled in blue-green with the brand logo to reduce the risk of operational errors.

Add a certification identification zone and display registered trademarks in a fixed area for partners to identify core products.

Integrate key information from MSDS labels, including hazard statements, preventive measures, and emergency response plans.

Changneng Technology believes that effective product upgrades stem from continuous improvement of details. In 2025, Changneng Technology will start with optimizing the labeling system, continue to promote the systematic improvement of raw material research and development, production processes, and service systems, and work with partners to build a safer and more efficient production system.
